Hualapai Baptist has been going through the book of Proverbs on Sunday
mornings during our worship service. Seeking God’s wisdom and obeying His word has
challenged us all to dig deeper into His word to know His purpose and plan for us in our
daily lives.
Steve has begun a chronological study through the Bible in our Teen/Adult
Sunday School class. A detailed study of the first two chapters of Genesis has given us all a greater appreciation for God’s love and “His wonderful works to the children of men!We have also begun a new study on Spiritual Gifts during our Sunday evening
services. It is our desire and prayer to discover our gifts and use them effectively in His
service through our local church to reach our community and edify our congregation.
In an attempt to update our mission literature and display, Andrew Higdon,
visited us for a week to see the various reservations for ideas to illustrate our IBIMI
brochures. Andrew is a young Christian western artist who was seeking to use his
talents for the Lord. It is always an encouragement to see people of all walks of
life dedicating their skills to further the Lord’s work. Have you considered how
our God may use you on the mission field? Your special abilities may be just what
is needed, short-term or full-time. Please, reach out to us if you are interested in
coming west for a missions trip.
