Praise the Lord for the great things He is doing here in Peach Springs, AZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is faithful to supply every need. Thank each of you who are faithful in praying<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hualapai Baptist Church has seen numerical and spiritual growth in recent<\/p>\n\n\n\n
weeks – all praise to God! The month of August was filled with our usual men\u2019s<\/p>\n\n\n\n
and ladies Bible study meetings, Super Sunday, jail ministry, and Fifth Sunday<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(when our teens take on the responsibilities of the morning service). They always<\/p>\n\n\n\n
do a wonderful job, and we are so proud of them all. We also had our annual<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cprayer, pie, and praise night\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our homeschool co-op began it\u2019s 15th year on Aug 11th. To help our<\/p>\n\n\n\n
families with structure, Steve has again begun monitoring school on Monday-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thursday at the church. The students enjoy being together again, and the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
moms enjoy the break. Sherry is homeschooling our grandson Ray who is in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the last weekend of August, Steve and Sherry made a quick trip to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ohio to celebrate Sherry\u2019s mother\u2019s 80th birthday. It was a grand time for<\/p>\n\n\n\n
everyone since Sherry\u2019s siblings and spouses had not been all<\/em> together in 14<\/p>\n\n\n\n years. These times are precious, and we cherish them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n During the month of September, Steve had another episode of Transient<\/p>\n\n\n\n Global Amnesia landing him in the hospital for two nights. This is the third time<\/p>\n\n\n\n he has experienced a TGA. Even the specialists are not able to tell us why these<\/p>\n\n\n\n happen, and all scans show no sign of stroke. Praise God! Because of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n hospital stay, Sherry was not able to attend the Ladies Retreat with eight of our<\/p>\n\n\n\n ladies who were able to go. She missed going but was confident God was in<\/p>\n\n\n\n control and had her where He wanted her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n We ended the month with Evangelist Bill Rice III preaching a full day for us<\/p>\n\n\n\n on the 29th. Two men were saved on Sunday morning. Hallelujah! Fellowship<\/p>\n\n\n\n with Dr. Bill and Mary in our home was a bonus blessing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Our Good News Club at the elementary school started with 12 students<\/p>\n\n\n\n attending. Please pray for this outreach to see many boys and girls saved this<\/p>\n\n\n\n school year.
