Dear Family and Friends,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We again want to thank you for all of the prayers and financial support.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This month of January has been exciting! On Thursday, January 2nd, we had Bro. Toby Garcia and his daughter fly out from Gospel Light Baptist Church to help us with our youth rally. They went door-knocking and visited with us to invite teens to the rally.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On January 4th, we had our Youth Rally with around 30 Teens from 3 different churches in attendance. Bro. Garcia preached twice and Bro. Caleb Robinson did a split session with the boys while Lydia did the split session for the girls. We had a teenage girl make a decision to dedicate her life to Christ!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As some of you know, for the last several weeks, we’ve been working with the Cocopah Church on Teen Discipleship on Wednesday nights. (Lydia’s dad’s church) as our midweek services are on Thursdays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On January 15th, we had the graduation from Level One Discipleship with our Cocopah Youth group! We had 6 teens graduate and all are working hard on Level 2! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From January 20-24th, we had our Winter Revival with Pastor Steve Meyers of Pacific Baptist Church of Long Beach, CA. Each message was very practical and helpful for us to hear!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first night of the revival, one of our teen boys, Ivan, wanted Pastor Jacob to talk to his friend Angel about salvation. Pastor Jacob was driving at the time, so he had Ivan take 2 Gospel tracts and read them to Angel. He wanted to give Ivan the opportunity to lead his first soul to Christ.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At that time, Angel was not ready to receive the Gospel, but the seed was planted. It was so exciting to see a teenager from the reservation on fire and wanting to lead others to Christ!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the second night, Angel and another of Ivan’s teenage friends got saved right after hearing the message! We were so excited! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also had a visitor that came all four nights of the revival! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please continue to pray for us as we disciple these new believers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Pastor Jacob’s application to be a chaplain at the Quechan nursing home and Police Department to be approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pastor and Mrs. Veldhuis’ health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lydia’s lungs and dental needs: Lydia recently got the flu, which set her lungs back a bit. Please pray she recovers quickly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the last few months, after going the dentist in Mexico and getting a root canal, bridge, and wisdom tooth extraction, she still needs the funds for 2 more root canals in other teeth and fillings. This is due to a defect in her enamel. We want to thank the ones who have given to help us with this need. Please pray for the finances to complete the needed dental work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
