\u201c So then neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.\u201d (I Cor. 3:7)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Just as God\u2019s abundant harvest of desert cold crops, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and lettuce gave way to the faithful sowing of summer\u2019s cotton, wheat, melons, and hay, we look to His grace and your prayers for true lasting spiritual fruit through Cocopah summer ministries already underway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Indeed, June\u2019s 110+ degree temperatures heralded the stark reality that unceasing wind, heat, cloudless skies, and dangerous sandstorms would accompany Bible school, camp labors, and warrant your special prayers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Petitions for our April 14-16 revival with Evangelist Joe Doyel \u201cseparated the sheep from the goats\u201d <\/em>as Truth seekers were wonderfully edified despite all-out satanic opposition by a handful of preteens. The latter\u2019s restriction to coming only one at a time all of May blessed the rest of us with attentive young people to this very day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Multiple vehicle repairs allowed me to take ten respectful youth the 800 mile round trip to Bill Rice West Branch\u2019s Junior Camp unassisted June 9th-14th so that Dawn could keep up the home and church fronts. Engine and A\/C work on this van were completed just in time to see more Native and Hispanic friends saved and matured at Bill Rice West\u2019s Teen Camp June 23-28th, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This left a precious week to prepare buses, helpers, facilities, supplies, and all three Cocopah Reservations for a 16 hour\/day expanded V.B.S., July 7-11, with the help of two Neighborhood Bible Time Bible College students. Juniors will meet in the air-conditioned auditorium, but visitation, transportation, and daily Teen outdoor activities will be in 90-110 degree temps under God\u2019s providence and your prayers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Many natives will endure the 600 mile trip each way to enjoy Apache Creek Deaf and Youth Camp\u2019s Native Week, July 14-19 as it\u2019s in a \u201cmild\u201d valley at 7,000 feet. P.T.L. for my protection from any cardiac problems at Bill Rice\u2019s three 7,000 foot retreats this year as well as for Brother Nick Nichols\u2019 help with this camp another year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pray also for our Native brethrens\u2019 messages and vehicles travelling to Apache Creek as this is where we finalize plans for our annual November Indian revival with the Cocopah and exhort one another to faithful service in the interim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n PRAY a massive emergency transmission rebuild of our 11-passenger van will be quick and inexpensive enough to use it for Bible Time July 7-11 and to still send a bus or the biggest van to Apache Creek July 14-18, 2025.
