{"id":1947,"date":"2020-07-23T16:18:28","date_gmt":"2020-07-23T23:18:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibimi.com\/?p=1947"},"modified":"2020-09-28T18:26:19","modified_gmt":"2020-09-29T01:26:19","slug":"grammar-july-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibimi.com\/?p=1947","title":{"rendered":"Grammar July 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear Friends in Christ,<br><br> The annual Navajo Family Bible Camp held in Flagstaff each year, was canceled but replaced with a \u201cteleconference\u201d this week. \u00a0The theme was \u201c\u2026things which must shortly come to pass\u2026\u201d. \u00a0The first 3 nights were in English with Sam teaching and the last 3 nights are in the Navajo language, taught by 3 different Navajo Pastors. \u00a0There were approximately 60 phone connections each night but we don\u2019t know how many were listening on each phone, but praying that the lessons were an encouragement to fellow Christians as we spent time in the Word of God together.<br> The reservations are still closed to outsiders, but folks are starting to visit us more as they have business to take care of in town and need some fellowship, encouragement, counsel and prayer. \u00a0Continue to pray for us as we make ourselves available to minister as God opens doors. \u00a0We have also had some calls and texts asking prayer for their families who are sick. \u00a0Several have already recovered and a few are facing death. \u00a0It is an opportunity for our Christian brothers and sisters to tell family members of salvation through Christ. \u00a0One lady told us that her son was sick and also unsure of his salvation, \u201cBut he\u2019s sure now!\u201d \u00a0A couple of days later, she sent the message , \u201cmy son is now in gloryland this morning!\u201d \u00a0\u00a0Rather than focus on avoiding death, which is inevitable, let\u2019s focus on preparing for death and be busy telling others of Christ\u2019s free gift of eternal life.<br> Early in August, the plan is to fly to Alaska to work on the Thorne Bay Radio project again. \u00a0A teen from Flagstaff will be traveling with Sam to help with the labor, as well as a man from Virginia and a group from N.
